Our little girl Mimi was afraid of the dark and going to sleep alone. We've tried sooooo many things - leaving a night light on, soft music, essential oils. You name it. But she always ended up terrified and struggled to get to sleep. I found Amy's course and was instantly intrigued. Mimi loves massage and meditation so I had a feeling she'd respond well to EFT - 'tapping'. And she did! We make Amy's tap-along video part of Mimi's bedtime routine and it calms her down and sets her up for sleep. For me, hearing Mimi voice her fears out loud is quite moving, I can HEAR her building her emotional resilience. I love the way Amy invites self-expression in such a safe and welcoming way. The tapping how to videos and pdf printouts are super informative and easy to follow. I’ve been sitting with my 16 year old daughter each night and tapping. I’ve found with her autism and language level it’s a lovely somatic therapy. I can see emotions rising up as we go through the process. A very tuned in moment without having complex conversations. We don’t use the how am I feeling now scale after as I can see In her face and body she is feeling calm and understood. Happily continuing xx
